Personal Performance
How do you improve your personal performance? If you’re an athlete, then it’s practice, practice, practice. If you’re a student, then its study, study, study, and if you’re in a business situation, again it’s study and practice, study and practice, study and practice. All of that improves your physical and mental skills in learning to perform a task, but it doesn’t address the emotional mind set that is necessary to become really good at what you do.
Elite athletes learn to visualize their events, and run them again and again in their minds. However, a disagreement with a spouse, a coach, or a fan, that upsets their emotions can cause tension in muscles where there should not be any and cause the muscles to function differently. This often results in less that stellar performance.
You too, probably, have experienced this. Perhaps your golf game is off, you do poorly on a test, or you make a bad business decision, whatever it is, you are not happy with the results.
Generally, the problem is that your subconscious mind, which controls your muscles, blood flow, and many, many other functions of your body, is getting improper signals from your energy system, and is tightening muscles where it shouldn't, directing blood flow away from the brain, and falling down on the job of keeping you in top shape, simply because some seemingly insignificant negative situation has occurred.
Now, however, you can improve your personal performance. EFT through energy manipulation can return your energy system to normal functioning in as little as a few seconds. Then your subconscious can do its proper job.
Business Performance is affected by lack of motivation, a poor self image, or poor morale. Poor business decisions are likely to be made when the decision maker has been disturbed by a negative event that she or he can’t get off their mind. But there is a way to diminish or eliminate the effect of that negative event.
Athletic Performance is conditioned on how well your body has learned the basic and advanced moves or your sport. When you move intuitively, your subconscious is in control, and you do well, unless you have experienced a negative event that you can’t get off your mind. But there is a way to diminish or eliminate the effect of that negative event.
Performing Arts Performance is similar to athletic performance because it is conditioned on how well your body has learned the basic and advanced moves of your instrument, whether it is your voice, or a physical instrument. When you perform intuitively, your subconscious is in control, and you do well, unless you have experienced a negative event that you can’t get off your mind. But there is a way to diminish or eliminate the effect of that negative event.
Public Speaking is a form of performing arts performance. It also is the number one fear in this country. People would rather die that speak in public. Public speaking if affected by both fear, and negative events ( a double whammy). But there is a way to diminish or eliminate the fear and/or the effect of that negative event.
Sales Call Reluctance is generally a learned behavior, created by many rejections on sales calls. It is basically a fear of being rejected again. Sometimes it’s a fear generated by negative programming of the subconscious over the years since birth. But there is a way to diminish or eliminate the fear.
Test Anxiety occurs when the student, while knowing the material, freezes up when asked to perform. It is similar to what happens when someone is asked to speak in public. But there is a way to diminish or eliminate the fear of performing.
