Self Management
Self management can be difficult. Most of the time, we ignore ourselves and try to manage or control others. Unfortunately, if this works, it is only temporary. At some point in time, we realize that the only people we can control are ourselves.
However, when we go to work on ourselves, we often find it’s hard to do. We make up our minds about what we want to do, only to find our bodies aren’t really good at taking direction. The harder we try, the more frustrated, we become.
Generally speaking, the problem seems to be that our subconscious mind is not in tune with our conscious mind. Our subconscious mind controls 90% or more of our body's functions, and is like a computer in that it keeps running the same program (habit) until the program is changed. Usually, this program can only be changed through great effort.
EFT, through energy manipulation, Hypnosis, through mind access, and NLP, through mind and body access, provide shortcuts in making the program changes that are desired, and make it easier.
Self-management is attained by learning EFT, and when necessary, consulting with a trusted hypnotist.
Abundance is a state of mind. Most people have a “lack” or “hardship” or “poor” state of mind, and they have evidence to back it up. These are all programs that have been installed in their subconscious by parents, teachers, and society in general over the years since their birth. However, there is a way out, a path to Abundance.
Cravings, whether they are for food, cigarettes, drugs, sex, shopping, or chocolate, seem to be nearly impossible to control. You try and try again, only to fail when your body does what it wants, and doesn’t listen to your conscious mind. However, there is a way out, a path to controlling Cravings.
Fear is a mind killer. When fear is in control, we want to run or fight. Our body diverts blood from our brain to other parts of our body just in case we are injured, and our brain loses its ability to think rationally. We function only by instinct. It doesn’t matter what the source of that fear is, an attack, flying, or a snake. However, there is a way out, a path to diminishing and maybe eliminating Fear.
Habit change is often difficult. A habit, however, is only a program running in the subconscious. We programmed it in ourselves, by repeating an action over and over and over again until it became a habit. However, there is a way out, a path to changing a Habit.
Pain control is achieved with medication in our western medical model. Pain is helpful when it tells us of an injury, or a changing body condition. But when the condition has been addressed, and the pain continues, it is no longer helpful. Pain has been effectively controlled by Hypnosis since the mid 1800’s. A newer technique, EFT, is also effective. There is a way out, a path to controlling Pain.
Relationships, successful relationships, are sometimes hard to achieve. Instead of talking out problems, we assume, we “read each others mind”, and the relationship falls apart. Relationships, whether personal or business related are important to a successful, fulfilled life. There is a path to successful Relationships.
